Returns
Due to the nature of food, wellness, and consumable products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged.
- Product received is defective.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product package is tampered with during transit.
To initiate a return request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- The returned item passes quality verification.
- The product received differs from the order placed.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
Non-Returnable Items

- Used products.
